For FASTEST results, EMAIL us for information and include your order number. Your order number is necessary for specific order information, if applicable. General questions do not require an order number. Returns are also best handled by email. Please email us for a return request authorization or any issues. Any claims due to shipping issues, late, damage or incorrect product received must be made by email within 7 days of delivery. Please open all packages and inspect immediately.

SHIPPING: 

For all shipping we use USPS. Orders placed before 11am EST, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the same day or the following business day. An email from USPS will be sent to you with tracking information.

We offer 3 types of shipping:

Standard Mail shipping which has a delivery time of 3 – 7 business days to the Continental US.

Priority Mail shipping has a delivery time of 2 – 3 business days to the Continental US.

 Express Mail shipping has a delivery time of 1 – 2 business days to the Continental US.

 Peak season and unforeseen weather events, truck or airline breakdowns or backups, natural disasters and other issues can delay the mail, unfortunately this is beyond our control. Priority Mail, and USPS Express Mail.   Please be certain your shipping address is correct for USPS shipping.  Please open and inspect all items upon delivery for breakage and correct product. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with any issues with delivery breakage or wrong product claims. When contacting us, please provide your order name, order number, and date of purchase so that we can answer your questions.
